At nela, we believe receiving your handbag should feel as thoughtful as carrying it. That’s why we work with trusted global carriers to deliver your order safely, wherever you are.


Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship worldwide.
Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and local customs procedures.

Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking link so you can follow it every step of the way.


Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
During launches or promotional periods, please allow a little extra time — we promise it’s worth the wait.


Free Shipping

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over $100 USD. For orders under $100, a flat shipping fee of $3.95 will apply.

Customs & Duties

For international orders, customs fees or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These are the responsibility of the customer.


Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
If your order has already been processed, we may be unable to make changes.


Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To resolve the issue, we may ask for:

  • A photo of the packaging
  • A photo of the packing slip (for missing items)
  • A description of the problem

If the product is intact but the packaging is damaged, we unfortunately cannot offer replacements or refunds.


Marked as Delivered but Not Received

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but your package has not arrived:

  1. Please first contact the shipping carrier.
  2. If you are unable to resolve it, email us at support@nela-bags.com within 7 days of the delivery date with proof of loss or a formal carrier claim.

Order Changes or Cancellation

If you'd like to update or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it.
After that, we begin preparing your shipment and can no longer guarantee changes.


Tracking & Support

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information via email.
If you don’t see it after 3 days, please check your spam folder or reach out to us directly.
